TPL had zero fatalities across the company’s operations in 2021. Any incident occured, will be investigated by the OHS unit and reported to the relevant provincial and government authorities. A number of specific measures, including enhanced safety and training initiatives are in place.

Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is reviewed every two (2) years, together with the labor unions. TPL practices fair treatment and allows for transparency of information made available to every employee to close the gap and enable better communication between the management and other levels of our employees.
